Diceo respects your right to delete your personal data at any time. This page describes the different ways you can request deletion of your account and associated data.
Option 1 — Delete your account from within the app (recommended)
- Open the Diceo app on your device
- Go to Settings
- Scroll down to Account
- Tap Delete my account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Option 2 — Email request
If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion by email, send a message to:

Please include in your message:
- The subject line
Data Deletion Request
- The email address associated with your Diceo account
- The authentication method you used (Google, Apple, Facebook, or email)
We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What data will be deleted?
- Your account profile (email, display name, avatar, user ID)
- Game events you created
- Event participation history
- Quiz scores and game history
- All messages and content you submitted
- Stored authentication tokens
- Subscription and billing metadata (except records required by tax law)
What data we may retain
By law, we may need to retain certain records for a limited period:
- Transaction records — kept for up to 10 years (tax and accounting regulations)
- Anti-fraud logs — IP addresses and login attempts for up to 1 year
- Content you shared publicly — anonymized but may remain in other users' copies
Data deletion from third-party providers
If you signed in with a third-party provider (Google, Apple, Facebook), deleting your Diceo account does not affect your account with that provider. To revoke Diceo's access:
- Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Sign In With Apple → Diceo → Stop Using Apple ID
- Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites → Diceo → Remove
